The Energy Exchange #1 was an insight into how Human Design is implemented in real-time. Collaborating with a stellar group of inspiring humans, we participated in a panel discussion exploring the wonders of Human Design live at Hake House on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Each panel member was carefully selected due to their unique Human Design Bodygraph, Energy Type, craft and personality. 

The discussion focused on how we all integrated Human Design into our daily lives. How we embraced our Energy Types whilst navigating our different Strategies and Authorities. We talked about our challenges versus where we had found more flow.

This event was my opportunity to connect my beautiful community's energy together in the one-room. We celebrated what brought us together, curiosity and an interest in Human Design. Delicious Mediterranean-inspired delicacies were provided by Aplenty Catering, and natural wine was served from Winona Wine. Each guest was gifted with their own Energy Type Lapel Pin which was a great talking point amongst the group.

My dear friend and Vedic Meditation Teacher, Rachael Sardelich, opened the event with a somatic embodiment practice. Rachael invited us to gently ground into our bodies to awaken our inner sensibilities to connect more deeply to ourselves. This practice most definitely uplifted the energies in the room.

Astrologer and another dear friend, Emma Vidgen, shared her insight into the significant astrological weather that is going to shape the rest of our 2022. Emma also treated us to a beautiful guided meditation to help us get clear on how to use the energy to our best advantage and set intentions for healing and growth in the months ahead.
